“Young Women Tackle Cyber Violence”
2. Information on the Procedure
The Initiative for European Perspective, as Contracting Authority, invites qualified experts to submit offers for the provision of online/offline support services within the Youth Counter Platform.
This call is launched under a decentralized procurement procedure in line with the project’s Terms of Reference.
The procedure aims to select:
- 1 Legal Advisor (Legal Support Expert)
- 1 Digital Privacy Expert
Selected experts will provide short-term, remote support services (up to 8 working days per expert) to young women and girls exposed to gender-based cyber violence.
The assignment includes:
- Online/offline consultations (legal and/or digital safety)
- Guidance and recommendations to users
- Preparation of anonymized case summaries
- Submission of a final report
The maximum budget per expert is EUR 2,000 (gross).

3. Documents to be Submitted
Interested candidates must submit the following documents:
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Organisation and Methodology (description of approach to delivering services)
- Declaration of Honour
- Statement of Exclusivity and Availability
- Proof of at least one similar assignment
- Financial Offer (as per Annex V template)
Incomplete applications may be rejected.
4. Deadline for Applications

5. Additional Information
- The assignment will be implemented in Skopje, North Macedonia.
- The expected start date is 20 April 2026, with a duration of 8 months.
